Payment is made according to the payment terms. In connection with payment, the tenant accepts the applicable terms of the agreement and becomes bound by them. If payment has not been received by the due date, the agreement is automatically terminated.
Payment is made annually and concerns payment of the annual fee for the specified boat berth and for the specified boat.
A specific invoice fee applies when invoicing instead of online payment. Contact us well in advance of the due date if you wish to be invoiced with a paper invoice.
Current prices are shown on the website in the booking dialogue. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in SEK including statutory value-added tax. The prices apply only to advance booking of a berth through the booking dialogue and for private individuals.
If you obtain a boat berth from August onwards, you pay half of the annual fee. If you terminate your boat berth later than the end of June, no refund of the paid berth fee will be made.
In case of termination by the customer for an agreed boat berth before June 30, half of the annual fee will be refunded.
Any breach of invoice terms, general and specific conditions, or instructions given on-site constitutes grounds for termination of the lease relationship. The boat berth shall then be vacated without refund of the paid seasonal rent. A penalty for breaching the specified terms of the agreement corresponds to one season's rent.
